- The foremost of the fundamental principles enshrined in New Education Policy 2020 ( NEP henceforth ) to guide both the education system at large, as well as the individual institutions within it is:
“recognizing, identifying, and fostering the unique capabilities of each student, by sensitizing teachers as well as parents to promote each student’s holistic development in both academic and non-academic spheres.” - Knowledge and Information Dissemination Foundation ( KIDF henceforth ) is Section 8, Not for Profit Company , Registered with Ministry of Corporate Affairs , Government of India. It is promoted to undertake pilot projects in field of education, employment and environment to assist policy makers .
- We at KIDF have conducted a pilot project ( titled Pratibha Prakhar ) in a PM SHRI School in Composite School, Masjid Block, Maholi , Sitapur ( UDISE Code 09241102302). Pilot Project was done based on a model already in operation , for last 13 years in a leading school in Lucknow ( La Martinere College ) and has shown to be immensely beneficial to students.

> Improvement in Enrollment ( Number of Queries are coming to join composite school. Even from students who are currently studying in private ).
> Improvement in Attendance
Subjective Outcomes
> Class Participation has increased .
> Parent / Teacher and Student Bonding has increased .
Outcomes are based on feedback of School Teachers and Headmaster
- Future Plans : First Step to Scale Up
> As per the current academic system Class 1 to 5 are considered to be Primary Schooling Years.
> After Class 5 , Government Provides meritorious Students an opportunity to Study in Navodaya and Atal Residential schools ( class 6thonwards ) .Selection is on merit through an Exam. Navodyaya and Atal Schools are residential and all boarding, lodging and study cost is borne by Government. There are numerous success stories of students who have passed out of Navodaya.
> Non-Government Organizations like Shiv Nadar Foundation operates Vidya Gyan Schools.
> KIDF is providing Coaching Facility for class 5th students studying in Composite schools and adjoining Primary Schools ( 4 in number ). Aprox. 120 students in all, 2023 onwards .
> Total Target Outcome shall be 25% of Students who attend coaching on regular basis. It is expected that out of 120 students currently studying , 30-40% shall avail the opportunity in right earnest. Say 36-48 students. Out of this at least 25% should qualify Navodyaya. That is 8-10 students. At least two students to Qualify Vidya Gyan.
>Based on overwhelming demand from Class 8th students , KIDF is providing Coaching Facility for National Merit cum Means Scholarship Examination ( NMMSE) to class 8th students tudying in Composite School ( Masjid) and adjoining Middle School ( Banjaria ) , from September 2023 onwards . 30 students are attending regularly.
